Cat Adoption Terms
Any inquiries about cat adoption are subject to our approval process. We reserve the right to refuse adoption to any individual or family for any reason. The following terms apply to adoptions:
- All information provided by potential adopters must be accurate and complete
- We reserve the right to conduct home visits and reference checks
- Adoption fees and deposits are non-refundable unless we are unable to fulfill the adoption
- Health guarantees and contracts will be provided separately and are incorporated into these Terms
- We maintain the right to reclaim any cat if we believe it is not being properly cared for
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Steeplechase Cattery. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
