Use of Website
This website is provided for informational purposes about our cattery, our breeding program, and available kittens. By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
Kitten Reservations and Sales
All kitten reservations and sales are subject to the following terms:
- Deposits are required to reserve a kitten and are non-refundable unless we are unable to fulfill the reservation
- Final payment is due before the kitten leaves our cattery
- All sales are accompanied by a separate written contract that outlines specific terms and conditions
- We reserve the right to refuse any sale or reservation at our discretion
- Kittens are sold as pets unless otherwise specified in a separate breeding rights contract
- All kittens must be spayed/neutered as per our sales contract unless breeding rights are specifically purchased
Health Guarantees
Health guarantees for kittens are detailed in our separate kitten sales contract. The terms on this website do not constitute a health guarantee. All health-related terms are specified in individual sales contracts provided at the time of purchase.
Intellectual Property
The content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and photographs, is the property of Steeplechase Cattery and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.
Photography and Images
All photographs of our cats and kittens are copyrighted property of Steeplechase Cattery. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these images is strictly prohibited.
